Use of Google Ads Conversion Tracking

On our website we use the online advertising programme “Google Ads” and, as part of this, Conversion Tracking (evaluation of visitor action). Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). If you click on an advertisement shown by Google, a cookie is filed on your computer for Conversion Tracking.
These cookies have limited validity, contain no personal data and therefore do not allow personal identification. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. There is therefore no possibility that cookies from the websites of Ads customers can be tracked.

To this end, the remarketing tag of Facebook has been implemented on the website. With this tag, a direct connection to the Facebook servers is created when the website is visited. This transmits to the Facebook servers which of our sites you have visited. Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. If you visit the social network Facebook, you are then shown personalised, interest-related Facebook Ads.
The processing is undertaken on the basis of art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR from the legitimate interest in the aforementioned purpose.
